EXECUTIVE TEAM

Britney Coates

Executive Director

Britney Coates serves as Executive Director of McCoy Adult Day Care Center, bringing more than 15 years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, program development, and administration. A dedicated educator, mentor, and community leader, Britney is passionate about creating supportive environments where individuals can grow, remain engaged, and feel valued.

Her professional experience includes strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, grant writing, program development, volunteer management, community outreach, and partnership building.

Britney earned a bachelor’s degree in Educational Services from Birmingham-Southern College and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education at the University of West Alabama. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, service, innovation, and a commitment to strengthening programs that improve the lives of individuals and families.
